Mosaic box “ATTICUS” by Roberto Giulio Rida

The ATTICUS box is a box reminiscent of the ancient haystack, a structure that in ancient Rome kept supplies, straw, and possible farm animals.
The box was made by expert craftsmen’s hands from maple wood material.
Externally, the box was hand-covered by skilled Italian mosaicists, at the request of Roberto Giulio Rida, who chose piece by piece each irregular but calculated to size mosaic tile to build the thatched structure. The micro glass tiles were chosen in white and gold.
In the central part, small gold-leafed mosaic tiles were chosen and juxtaposed with each other to form luminous arches.
The box is an openable and resealable container aimed at decorating and storing your precious items.
The box was conceived by the Artist as an object of use but also a piece of furniture with a strong personality.
The box is signed inside with R.G.RIDA signature button logo.
The box will come to you properly packed and with fumigated wooden case with R.G.RIDA logo
