Mid 20th Century Vintage Chinese Gold Leaf Wall Fan Painting With a Pair of Hand Painted Phoenix Birds With Pink Flowers, Signed by Artist

Offering a large vintage hand-painted Chinese paper and black lacquer bamboo wall fan, circa 1960s. It is painted on a gold leaf background depicting two colorful phoenix birds in the center surrounded by an array of large pink flowers, most likely Chinese peonies, with light green leaves and dark green bamboo leaves. Signed in Chinese in black paint in the upper left hand corner by the artist with the traditional Chinese red insignia. It is also retains its original Chinese label with serial number on the side of the black lacquer.

EXCELLENT CONDITION…….most likely this fan is OLD new stock and was never used, as the condition is nearly perfect. The paper has no holes and the black lacquer is shiny without any loss of paint…..the new owner will be very happy about the condition of this item.
